Support timely and accurate volume reporting and perform volume analysis
Lead non-HR operating expense planning and analysis for Mainland China
Support the implementation of local chart of Authorities to keep control compliance

Key Results Areas 

Ensure all volume reporting to BU, Pacific and Corporate is accurate and punctual.
Manage and improve bottler sales collection and reporting, as well as the new product mapping.
Enhance standard reports and reports quality to meet the business needs and changes.
Work as Data steward of unit case databases on Pacific Compass or future China BI system and provide support on Global System or Greater China BU.
Lead non-HR operating expenses monthly rolling forecast for China Mainland including but not limited to work with HR GBS and operation teams to do accurate forecast and risk/opportunities identification.
Lead non-HR operating expenses annual business plan, communicate with outside BU functions for common expenses allocation and  propose annual operating expenses target letter to each function.
Provide operating expense monthly actual report to each budget holder. Manage actual expense allocation across BU functions and outside of BU. Performing analysis with proper business narratives.
Support the implementation of local chart of Authority from raising RFA at BU level,

Understand Implications on KO business of World and Local macro-economics Environment (Awareness)

Judgment and Decision-Making:
Typically receives assignments in the form of results expected, due dates and general procedures.
Proactive forward planning is required to deliver the tasks with efficiency and with business accumn, where existing procedure may not cover.
Cultural Diversity:
Understanding of cultural and ethnic diversity 
Knowledge & Experience:
3-5 years of progressive finance generalist experience, preferably in multinational FMCG
Excellent financial modeling skills
Sound knowledge of financial concepts and principles
High level of integrity and commitment;
Ability to work under pressure and meeting the deadlines.
ERP experience, SAP will be a plus
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in accounting, business or economy.
Certified Public Accountant preferred
Language Requirements:
Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills
Travel Requirements: 
Travel from 5 – 50% of work time under normal conditions
