Job Summary:
Plan and implement the development of The Coca-Cola’s great China system commercial capabilities, especially for bottler’s front-line sales force. Understand the executional priorities at the Point of Sale and ensure the system employee has the right commercial and market execution competencies to bring strategies into market.  

Description and Requirements:
Capability development strategy and plan: Develop capability development strategy of bottler front-line sales force, and build the plan with clear competency model, development road map, and implementation calendar.
Curricula development: Lead the commercial capabilities curricula for meeting the business requirement and the needs of capability development for front-line sales. Program requires clear training objective, outline, agenda and high-quality training content/material. Program and training tools development includes l PPT, digital and or interactive format, so as to better support the training effect.
Training curricula implementation: Lead the front-line sales force training implementation to maximize the training effect and fulfill the objectives dependently. Leverage different recourses to deliver the courses. And take the responsibility as a trainer to deliver. Measure the training impact of the programs developed against the commercial strategy objectives. Closely follow up the actions and feedback after training.
Capability program management: Develop and track the incentive program for train-the-trainer, for optimizing the training impact and roll-out the training programs to more users.
Collaboration and communication: Build the collaboration, engagement and alignment with bottler key stakeholders for the capability development on strategies and planning, especially with BG head office training function team, BU franchise region commercial capability team, etc. And well communicate and cooperate with bottlers (i.e. OU training function team) for the implementation and rolling out.
Agency management: Develop suppliers that are clear of our capabilities development approach, ensuring a professional and competitive relationship.
Budget management: Plan and managed the budget, to maximize the effectiveness with the balance of cost and quality.
