Description:

Finance leadership position on the PH Region business responsible for leading Commercial Finance support and analysis on innovation, strategic initiatives, and system economics. The position plays a leading role in directing, driving, and championing a step change approach to the Commercial Finance team and its relationship as a valued business partner with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Franchise Leadership, as well as the Bottler.  Accomplished by leveraging strong financial acumen and collaboration to support and influence decision making across the System, provide business-performance metrics information, along with analyses and recommendations that will drive the development and implementation of mid and long-term business infrastructure plans and investments. This position will also lead and manage 3 finance professionals. 
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead the System (Region + Bottler) Commercial Finance process and drive the development of the Commercial Finance team to deliver the following:
Deliver an ROI point of view for all key projects to help lead and inform investment decisions.  Manage and deliver the financial post evaluation of all key projects and cascade future implications therein
Partner with the Commercial, Franchise, and Marketing develop and deliver on Annual Brand Plans that are grounded in commercial reality and embed the principles of ROI and RGM and monitor metrics accordingly
Proactively develop System value chains as relevant for identified innovations projects
Embed the principles of RGM and pack profitability across all brand activity to drive System profitability; Conduct monthly NSR analysis
Support the marketing teams in driving improvements across brand portfolio management decisions 
Lead the System to step change significant historical investment decisions by demonstrating better ways to invest the DMI to deliver the same KBI return.
Explore opportunities to create growth in value and volume by category, and develops and aligns proposals on various business and financial models for each category when need it (e.g.: water or juices)
• Act as fiduciary of the various value sharing mechanisms with bottling partners securing diligent implementation –incl. issuance of concentrate pricing letters recommendations- and proactive management of potential issues
Provide financial and business analysis of Competitors
Develop a close working relationship with cross-functional teams and Bottler finance counter-parts in order to earn a ‘seat at the table’ and influence business decisions
 Provides financial leadership in all commercial meetings (internal/with bottling partners)
Take responsibility for planning the direction of, leading and setting objectives for the team. Re-prioritize and implement changes as necessary. 
Coach and support the commercial finance team in partnering with cross-functional and bottler partners. 
Take responsibility for creating new processes and systems to transition the team into new ways of working. Ensure that as the new working model is implemented that there is on-going review and feedback from client groups and drive through any changes which are required.
Support on M&A projects providing purposeful financial analysis to enable factual decision process
Equity Income Reporting
Support SFAS 142 (impairment test) process to ensure company assets are properly accounting for and anticipate any potential write-off. 
Provide financial advice on business strategies (e.g., revenue management, pricing, promotions, product initiatives) to optimize value creation potential.
Provide direction and guidance relative to financial system capabilities as part of the development of new and existing business initiatives.
Implement an industry financial insights process within the PH System to identify competitors’ financial positions, analyzing their main strengths and weaknesses, to help the KO system to implement strategies that counteract such initiatives and enhance our market position.
Develop an intelligence process that generates information of competitors acting on other beverage categories to help the KO system in getting a better understanding of market dynamics.
Evaluate revenue streams, system economic results, customers and competitors in order to identify key factors, trends and competitive issues impacting the industry.

In terms of communication the position requires to coordinate the preparation of several presentations, white papers and executive reports, on project evaluations, strategic planning initiatives, plans, and business reviews.  Additionally, will be responsible for making presentation and business updates to senior management at Region and ASEAN level.
The candidate for the position requires an excellent level of oral and written communication, as well as English proficiency.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The position will be leading a team of 3 associates. Including hiring, and conducting performance reviews.

Educational Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
Experience: 8-10 year experience in related industry, or consulting with good financial planning, forecasting, and project evaluation skills.
The incumbent must have a proven track record of intelligently harnessing advanced modelling techniques and tools.
Cultural Diversity:
The position will interact with the local employees as well as with a large number of expatriates working at the Region Office, Bottler (KOF), BU and Asia Pacific Group Office. Cultural differences to be faced will depend on the final candidate nationality/background.

Judgement and Decision Making
The position will be “Key”, in building and defining the strategic plans and making business recommendations. It will be also highly involved on the Annual and Strategic Business Planning processes and subsequent tracking.

Working Conditions:
Normal office working conditions and occasional Market visits..
Travel Requirements:
Depending on projects up to 25%, mainly domestic travelling or within Asian territories.
