As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of construction operations from working with the leadership team during initial project identification through the stages of development to project close-out. Scope of responsibilities includes overseeing all aspects of the construction process including design, estimating, purchasing, production, management, safety, quality control and reporting. The Project Manager will lead and manage project staff, develop company operational strategies and standards, and employ a rigorous, systematic approach to project management to maximize ROI. Primary responsibilities as follows:

  • Select and manage contractors, and continuously pursue relationships with new contractors/subs/vendors
  • Produce and collect estimates and submit bids from contractors/subcontractors
  • Manage 10-30 concurrent projects through completion
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction operations
  • Drive inventory regularly and check in on properties to ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Resolve difficult property issues, provide guidance to contractors, and advise general manager on the status of properties
  • Provide and organize all project documentation including submittals, change orders, amendments, etc
  • Review and approve progress payments for vendors and contractors
  • Write punch-lists on site at completion and follow-up on warranty issues
  • Other duties upon request


  • 3-5 years construction management experience
  • General contractors license (or can be licensed within 60 days of employment)
  • High integrity

  • $60,000 annual salary
  • $90,000 on target annual earnings ($60,000 salary + $30,000 commissions)
