This position is responsible develop the prototypes and pilot options to evaluate the Personalization Customization as a business opportunity for the Coca-Cola system.   The focus of the job will be to convert concepts into Alpha, Beta followed by Controlled commercial/pilot systems that can be deployed in markets where needed.  Developing and executing the test protocols for Alpha testing and validation followed by Beta and the executing in the field with local Partners, Business Units and Bottlers.
Conduct Research in the field of beverage and ingredient processing. Multifunctional teams will need to be created and managed to evaluate from our consumer’s point of view the merits of the new approaches. External network will need to be created to successfully search for promising filling technologies approaches in the industry. This individual will need to lead the cross-functional team delivering the relevant solutions which can be safely piloted in a timely manner.
Once technology is ready to pilot, develop a tool kit to ensure a holistic view of the proposition can be tested and validated.  Ensure the products being produced comply with the project vision and are safe for consumption. 
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Research and establish the feasibility of breakthrough Process Engineering technologies to the existing and emerging beverage portfolio to enable the winning consumer experience.   

Work with global / regional R&D and Supply Chain development teams to identify emerging and new research opportunities to satisfy our business objectives - to offer our consumers a quality beverage experience while integrating leading edge process engineering technologies to provide The Coca-Cola system with a competitive advantage.  

Design, fabricate and evaluate/assess (e.g., through pilot plant testing and validation) technologies and engineering concepts to product and process specifications (e.g., functionality and operational feasibility).

Make recommendations to Company management (e.g., senior technical management) or give the Coca-Cola system information about emerging business opportunities, technology capabilities or scientific breakthroughs to offer solutions to technical problems and/or affect the Company's strategic direction.

Identify, select, authorize and/or manage relationships with vendors or suppliers to ensure proper capabilities, conformance with Company standards and appropriate products and services for research in equipment and technologies.

Work with supplier or internal partner(s) in order to refine a concept to build preliminary test prototypes, perform tests or produce cost estimates.

Develop a Prototype for personalization customization of sparkling and still products.  Pilot to access potential business case with a Business Unit and Bottler.  Generate, document and execute a plan to select and/or develop process technology for ingredients and products. .

Plan and execute tests of new technologies to ensure products / process can be successfully executed / implements in n The Coca-Cola System.  

Communicate and gain alignment (buy inn) with internal stakeholders for projects to ensure developments are successfully exploited by the Coca-Cola System.

Protect information and materials provided to third parties (e.g., consultants, vendors, suppliers, bottlers) by ensuring appropriate procedures are followed and parties are bound by Company confidentiality agreements as necessary. .

Act as scientific, regulatory, technical or quality expert and consultant by responding to targeted questions from the field or other departments/business units and providing support to branches, bottlers and customers.

Present, train and develop field teams (Group, BU and bottlers) in conventional and emerging technologies.  Facilitate trouble shooting and optimization of existing processes. 

Education Requirements: 
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Related Work Experience: 
15+ years of relevant experience
