Description:

Assist Finance Manager on Costing Process (Region Standard=RS)
Responsible in solving problem related to standard cost that affect / impact to production
Responsible to prepare Actual P&L Report together with Variance Analysis on Purchase Price Variance and Material Usage Variance
Responsible to prepare and submit all JV related to Month End Closing
Responsible to prepare and submit Balance Sheet Validation after Month End Close activity.
To analyze Operating expenses and  prepare monthly report to Leadership Team
Responsible to review Cycle Count ( inventory count).
Responsible to PPV Tools New System


Key Accountabilities :
Costing
Ensuring data related to accounting in BOM before being submitted to MDM.
Checking and creating Activity Type before doing run cost.
Doing Manual calculation on standard cost of material before input in system.
Preparing draft of cost and running run cost for the material and KIT.
Input Material Absorption to KIT after run cost.
Having communication with related department after run cost material and KIT.
Copy Planning Activity Price after new ARE release in the system in beginning of new period.
Update YPRODCOST every month and send to Finance Manager and Plant Manager.
Responsible to control and review COGS clearing account, AP Miscellaneous and Merchandise in Transit.
Preparing Provision and Write-off of material which will be charged to each BU after MRB meeting and communicate to each BU.
Preparing journal voucher for Write-off and Provision after getting approval from each BU.
Preparing journal for Handling, Freight and Custom Clearing Account on Month End Close activity.
Preparing journal for COGS clearing account and AP Miscellaneous on Month End Close activity.
Review GR/IR account and preparing journal voucher if there is an inventory which will be accrued to Material in Transit account.
Preparing journal voucher related to Exchange Matching on COGS. 
Doing reclassification of COGS – PNG from COGS Clearing.
Review Variance Analysis on Material Variance Usage and Purchase Price Variance as well as preparing reclassification/reverse journal voucher (if needed).
Doing reclassification of Profit Center from ID00010001 to ID0003001 on GL A/c 880100000 - 880199999.
Checking plastic bag in Variance Account and if any reclassification to Expenses Account (Material Usage).
Reclassifying Exchange Variance Accounts to MAU 3249.
Preparing and submitting for Balance Sheet Validation (Inventory, Provision raw material and finish good, packaging, deferred inventory, AP Miscellaneous, Merchandise in Transit).
Communicate any problem during production related to Accounting and Finance matter from production department.
Posting daily Cycle Count.
Involve in management inventory through Beagle share point.
Monitoring plan order from customer (CCAI) after S&OP meeting and share to related role to achieve good forecast in sales
Monitoring tea leaf shipment between CCAI and supplier.
Reviewing open PO in monthly basis.
Operating control in Petty Cash Counts.
Assist Plant Finance Manager for preparation of various Audits
Support Leadership Team to manage effective Plan Operation.
 
Reporting
 
Prepare Balance Sheet Validation.
Prepare & submit monthly Actual Report (P&L of CPS).
Prepare, review and submit monthly OPEX report after Month End Close.
Prepare and submit PPV into the New Tool system
Prepare monthly Rolling Estimate of CPS Indonesia for review with Finance Manager
Submission of Monthly RE in BPC
 
Internal Controls:
 
Internal Controls monitoring: act as on site incharge of plant internal controls, observes and provide recommendations for improvement in plant internal control system. Coordination with CAD during annual Audit.
 
Analysis:
 
Budgeting and Planning: Co-ordinate the CPS budgeting process including setting of targets and timeframe to ensure efficient collection of data and information. Develop, implement and maintain an effective and flexible budgeting system to cover all areas of product costing. Manage P&L, operating capital, internal controls, financial data accuracy and deliver results to meet the annual business target.
Management Information and Analysis: Perform timely and detailed variance analysis on all significant financial variances to identify reason(s) for the variances. Provide accurate and timely period (monthly, quarterly and yearly) reports on CPS Indonesia P&L for both planning and operational review to Plant Leadership Team.

Internal :
 
Supply Chain, Production and Quality Assurance: ensuring BOM already being reviewed and approved as per standard requirement.
RFC Satellite Jakarta and BU Accounting: ensuring all transaction already posted accordingly and collaboration on end month end close activity.
BU Asia Pacific Office: distributing and communicating info related to write-off and provision which will be posted to related BU.
CPS Asia Pacific: communicating with other CPS team to collaboration and update info related to Accounting and Finance area. 
 
External :
Bottler (CCAI): S&OP meeting, monitoring and reconcile tea leaf shipment.
