Lead implementation of mid to long term strategic approaches (Strategy, OBPPC, Platform, RTM) for On-Premise Channel for CBL Territory in order to win profitable volume growth, higher product penetration/incidence, and best-in-class execution based on clear understand of shopper insights, customer demand, competitive landscape, and KO system capability. 

Collaborate with BU team to design a strategic roadmap (segmentation / picture of success by sub-channel / key long term activities / RTM), based on shopper insights & system understanding, with the input of key stakeholders (Marketing, Franchise, Bottler)
Work with Franchise Operation function and Bottler towards integrating 12 months master plan activities into the channel plan, and to ensure monthly channel execution top priorities must be fully linked with the picture of success.
Collaborate with internal & external cross functional teams (Marketing, BU Commercial, Bottler) to develop a system integrated approach to drive incidence and best-in-class execution.
Lead implementation of full execution plans for Emerging Channels in line with overall channel priorities to drive product penetration, portfolio expansion, and system profitability.
Lead the implementation of effective QSR channel Pictures of Success , Driving channel strategic priorities and key annual plans into total quality execution, and providing performance update, while building commercial planning capability across Franchise / bottler teams.
Influence the system to build sales force capability to drive best-in-class execution and customer service.
DME Management- Manage efficiently the budget assigned to timely and effectively execute the assigned tasks.
Development of local plans and the ideation of tools that will allow system to bring the value propositions to life. Will also monitor and evaluate the results in order to generate new insights to revise/optimize it.

Internal : BU Commercial Team, CBL Franchise Leadership, and Franchise Operation.
External : Bottling Group Head Office, Bottlers Plant GMs & Directors, Research Agencies, and Consultants


The job requires high proficiency in strategic and analytical thinking, with thorough understanding of consumer, shopper, customer, and bottler, in order to develop holistic, executable, and sustainable plans.  The job also requires a proficiency level of communication and influencing skills in dealing with multiple stakeholders.


The aligned channel plan will determine where and how the system will focus its resources in the next 3 to 5 years in order to achieve targeted volume, profits, and competitiveness.  It involves annual business plan development (EBP/SBP), internal/external alignment, and trade execution plan with inclusion of OBPPC strategies and RTM. 

New product or package (OBPPC) development base shopper insight
Annual national program development, 3) RTM evolvement.  Ability to innovate and consolidate ideas to drive field execution is critical. 


Full time, currently with no direct report. Need to supervise third party agency people and summer interns.
5+ years FMCG in E&D channel knowledge with 3 years+ of leadership experience.  Trade marketing and channel planning experiences are critical.  Bottler operation experience is a plus.   High competence in analytical skills, communication, influencing, and ability to simplify difficult tasks are key credentials.
MBA preferred
Mandarin & English proficiency are required
30%~40%  travelling required
