Position Overview
The HR COE Leader is responsible for leading IT engagement with Human Resources functions (Corporate, Shared Services, and Business Unit) to provide a single point of contact to those business functions as they engage with Global IT for both delivery and on-going operation of technology solutions required to support the business function plans.
The COE leader will have client engagement responsibilities all HR functions globally across regions/markets. In this role the COE leader will have end-to-end accountability for ensuring delivery of solutions, strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of defined goals and to optimize the value of projects across BUs and Shared Service teams.
The COE leader will provide thought leadership to the business and will recommend and design technology solutions based on a deep knowledge of business needs, industry trends and emerging IT products and services while leveraging expertise on both processes & technology to ensure alignment with the prioritized objectives of key stakeholders.
This position will drive the development, management, and execution of high quality, global, integrated strategic plans for one or more programs. This role ensures coordination of planning and execution with individual system business owners, SCRUM masters, project managers, and business analysts.  This role provides cross-functional, cross-organizational leadership to ensure efficient execution of program activities, management of dependencies, and resolution of issues. 
The COE leader is a key leadership position as a role model, coach, mentor, and developer of our IT associates. This role is accountable for building and maintaining relationships with key strategic partners and suppliers in order to both drive success in programs and leverage ongoing enhancements to our systems, applications and strategic thinking. 
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:  Build and optimize partnerships with HR teams across Corporate, Business Units, and Shared Service teams and IT teams to ensure support and alignment on defined priorities and initiatives.
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic functional engagement on all IT services impacting Human Resources
Sharing thought leadership on plans, approach and strategies providing subject matter expertise
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation
Promoting the adoption and optimization of solutions and platforms across the Enterprise
Influencing global IT strategy and collaborating with other teams in designing and developing solutions to ensure business objectives are achieved
Delivery and Execution:  Lead and manage the portfolio of existing applications as well as execution of new initiatives to drive deployments of solutions through a consistent and aligned project management process.
Leverage project management tools and processes to lead and manage project; administer a stage-gated process including but not limited to: Project Charter; Project Plans; Project Sponsors; PMO creation; RACI Process; Status routines; Change and decision logs; Risk Management and Communications.
Lead the development and execution of the strategy to design and deliver the Project within required cost, quality, feature, and timing specifications. Ensure all required stakeholders are included in the strategy. Develop comprehensive business case as needed.
Service Support:  Lead dev/ops teams across IT functions in developing automation, tools and routines to ensure repeatable quality delivery of IT services. Ensure delivered IT services are running effectively with monitoring and metrics in place. Ensure support and escaltion processes in place to resolve issues in timely fashion.
Manage and steward The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) relationships with key business partners as necessary (e.g. Internal Suppliers, 3rd Party Supply Partners, and other Partners as needed by the program).
Education Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Related Work Experience:              
10+ years’ experience leading complex, global initiatives
10+ years’ experience in the practice of integrated solution design, development and delivery
Experience leading large application / service portfolios with strong people and vendor leadership skills including the ability to effectively set and manage expectations for delivery
Knowledge of the assigned functional area (HR), including understanding of business partners (HR centers of excellence and service delivery); HR industry trends and competitive pressures; strategies and plans; organizational structure; decision-making processes; and technology infrastructure and systems.
IT Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the key directional trends and emerging technologies in the IT industry, including SaaS and Analytics. Includes knowledge of key vendors and their strategic and tactical plans.
Ability to provide leadership and management across multiple initiatives by establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently, adjusting priorities, establishing management routines to effectively track progress and identify issues; removing barriers and leveraging resources.
Has the ability to manage/balance multiple tasks and can switch from strategic to detailed levels.
Has strong communication and influencing skills to deal with multiple stakeholders and partners; and with the ability to handle sensitive and challenging situations.
Experience leading multidisciplinary (virtual) teams across different projects and in a complex matrix organization.
Operational experience in the beverage/food industry is preferred; previous consulting experience a plus

Functional Skills:

Engage with senior management in order to gather information about The Company's strategic direction (e.g., business plans, objectives, strategies, visions) for use in the development of supporting IT plans.
Provide consultation and assistance to internal business clients for the creation of client business plans.
Steward identified business system or information infrastructure strategic imperatives in order to ensure alignment with business plans.
Determine financial targets (i.e., expense, capital and headcount) in order to establish plan parameters.
Evaluate projects against identified fiscal and capacity constraints and prioritize all projects into a single list in order to finalize the plan. Facilitate or lead the development of the business case in order to obtain approval.
Manage or participate in cross-functional teams to promote technology strategies, analyze and test products, or perform pilot and first implementations of new technologies in order to integrate new technologies into the Company's Global infrastructure.
Validate with client senior management identified business system or information infrastructure directions in order to prioritize high level project descriptions.
Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects within area of responsibility in order to execute the plan. Identify required modifications to the project plan based on changed priorities, policy changes and or resource constraints in order to ensure plans continue to align to current business objectives.
