Job Title: Nutritive Sweeteners Manager

Description:

•              Define and write global policies and requirements related to their subject matter expertise:  nutritive sweeteners, sourcing, chemistry, processing, regulatory
•              Works closely with the audit team and labs to ensure appropriate governance is in place to monitor performance in manufacturing facilities related to sugar sourcing, processing and simple syrup
•              Provide virtual consulting support to BUs and Bottling Partners around the world to diagnose and solve specific problems related to nutritive sweeteners
•              Accountable and responsible for KO technical requirements content for nutritive sweeteners
•              Accountable and responsible for technical training content for nutritive sweeteners
•              Collaborate internally, with academic institutions and with external bodies to ensure requirements remain current and reflect the latest thinking in this area of expertise
•              Share best practices and wire together the system community of experts to raise our collective capability in this area of expertise
 
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities  
Is a recognized subject matter expert across the Company and works closely with other relevant functions
Works with employer federations and external communities of practice
Works with Universities and Academic Institutions
Builds alignment across the System – working with Technical Function Heads, BU Technical Directors and System Partners
Represents the Company at relevant conferences and events
Collaborates within all areas of the Technical function to maintain requirements, knowledge and training content to access it. This may also include knowledge of whether an ingredient meets country level requirements.
 
Education Requirements: 
Bachelors Degree with relevant experience
Related Work Experience: 
Must be up to speed with external trends and best practices to enable modifications internally
Build metrics that effectively evaluate success – this is highly complex and requires a long term lens
Covering all BUs brings complexity driven by geographic breadth, differing levels of capability across the system and the number of stakeholders
