Position Overview
The mission of the Enterprise Architecture team is to deliver a commercially driven, top-down architecture to drive measurable business results, with a focus on speed, repeatability and cost.   We have a team of highly skilled architects that work across the system to drive the technology design to support our business today with a focus on the future.   A dynamic consumer landscape and emerging technology trends will require the company to continuously evolve and adapt.  This will be balanced with a need to enable business operations to achieve consistency and scale on core platforms.
The Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for more than reference architecture and technology decisions.   They will lead the digital IT strategy, drive innovation, and enable the agile operating model.   The Program Manager will lead many of these cross-functional system initiatives.   They will accelerate the adoption of the new IT operating model for Digital.   Project Management responsibilities may include creating the needed processes, operating models, designs, and technology to enable effective and efficient implementation of the program. The Program Manager will leverage best-in-class systems and processes for collaborative planning and execution
 
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Leverage project management tools and processes to lead and manage project; administer a agile operating model process including but not limited to: Project Charter; Project Plans; RACI Process; Status routines; Risk Management and Communications.
Lead the development and execution of the strategy to design and deliver the Project within required cost, quality, feature, and timing specifications. Ensure all required stakeholders are included in the strategy.  Compile all relevant existing data to communicate the strategy.  Design and implement data gathering (rather than formal research) processes to close information gaps. Develop comprehensive business case as needed.
Manage cross functional project teams comprised of Center, Business unit and Bottler team members, including external partners as needed.
Steward project with Sponsors and Stakeholders through the program lifecycle.  Identify and partner with other Program Managers to integrate and balance work streams to maximize use of resources. Build strategic relationships with leaders of cross-functional teams to ensure support and commitment to the Project.
Steward development of capabilities for commercialization/ implementation of project.  Provide thought leadership on development of commercial capabilities across the system.
Manage and steward The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) relationships with key business partners as necessary (e.g. Internal Suppliers, 3rd Party Supply Partners, and other Partners as needed by the program).
Develop and share best practices for leadership of complex innovation programs within the system.
Education Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree (with emphasis on Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Process Engineering).  Master’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
Related Work Experience:              
 
2-5 years’ experience in project management.
2-5 years’ experience in architecture roles (solution, platform, or enterprise)
Led key projects to implement emerging technologies solutions (eg cloud, big data, machine learning, mobile)
Strong technical aptitude; development experience preferred.

Validate with client senior management identified business system or information infrastructure directions in order to prioritize high level project descriptions.
Establish and maintain the architecture and standard technology products in order to enable consistent, reusable and efficient practices within the IT function.
