Position Overview
This role supports the Coca-Cola Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (BI COE) team and development partners with the software development lifecycle. This includes serving as the Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams and championing test driven development.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
This role will work with multiple stakeholders, product owners, quality assurance testers, in-sprint testers, and developers to ensure on-time delivery of software.
Lead release teams through look-ahead planning, release planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, JAD sessions, defect management, test execution
Create and execute test scenarios for beverage management systems, coordinating with in-sprint and quality assurance testers
Lead and influence others including those more senior in agile methods and test driven development
Lead defect management meetings with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
Run build verification tests on beverage dispensing systems and mentor new team members in calibration systems and beverage technologies
Education Requirements:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Related Work Experience:  5-10 years of experience
5+ yrs working in Software related industry
2+ yrs as Scrum Master of multiple embedded technology teams
Worked with complete lifecycle management with Userstories, PBIs, tasks with in-sprint testing and also co-ordinated QA phase to deliver qulity releases
Worked and scrummed with geographically diverse engineering teams
Experienced in capacity planning and release planning for large team of electronics and software including development and quality engineers for multiple releases
Conducted bug scrubs with leads and stake holders
Agile technical project management of multiple software releases
Organize and execute software team training on test driven development and executing build verification tests
Utilize Microsoft Team Foundation Server to report release status
Facilitate end to end process to link Software and hardware from requirements to manufacturing
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
Communicate the timelines and solutions to technical problems;
Clearly distinguish between fact and professional opinion in all communication
Requires effective communication with cross-functional teams and management.
Software Delivery Lifecycle: Ability to apply the standards of test driven development methods covering the full development lifecycle (e.g., project preparation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support) to ensure solution quality and consistency of process.
System Design: Knowledge of the beverage management and calibration system design procedures and the ability to translate functional business requirements into an application system or process to meet the clients’ needs that also meets all relevant Company standards.
Value Proposition: Knowledge of procedures used to demonstrate the benefits (e.g., financial) of a software development solution.
Basic Project Management: Knowledge of agile project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or workplans to ensure successful completion (e.g., on time, within budget).

Functional Skills: 
Monitor plan and execution progress to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate communication to stakeholders.
Establish project measures to ensure that the project is on-time, on-budget and meets the customers specifications.
Orchestrate the deployment of resources (e.g., people, infrastructure, financial, informational) from Coca-Cola (e.g., client, internal service providers) and third parties in order to ensure successful project completion.
