Description:

The Scrum Master role is an essential component in our drive towards embracing and leveraging the Agile development methodolgies to the full. This role supports functional teams and development partners across the software development lifecycle and may includes serving as the Scrum Master for multiple, concurrent Agile teams.
This role will work with multiple stakeholders, product owners, quality assurance testers, in-sprint testers, and developers to ensure on-time delivery of software.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
The Scrum Master will be responsible for:
guiding and coaching the Scrum Team/organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices & methodologies
assessing the Scrum ‘maturity’ of team(s) and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
removing impediments to projects and delivery
building a trusting and safe environment to air issues and concerns and supports collaborative problem solving
facilitates getting the work done, discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining/grooming and managing the product backlog
Education Requirements:  Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will hold at least a first level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) although we will support training and certification for otherwise well qualified candidates.
Related Work Experience: 
10+ yrs working in large corporate IT functions or a software related industry
Ideally 2+ yrs as Scrum Master of multiple embedded technology teams
Work experience across geographic and culturally diverse teams
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
A true people leader with clear experience of coaching, mentoring and developing others
Requires effective communication with cross-functional teams and management.
Software Delivery Lifecycle: Ability to apply the standards of test driven development methods covering the full development lifecycle (e.g., project preparation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support) to ensure solution quality and consistency of process.
Value Proposition: Knowledge of procedures used to demonstrate the benefits (e.g., financial) of a software development solution.
Intermediate Project Management: Knowledge of agile project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or workplans to ensure successful completion (e.g., on time, within budget).

Functional Skills: 
Monitor plan and execution progress to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate communication to stakeholders.
Establish project measures to ensure that the project is on-time, on-budget and meets the customers specifications.
Orchestrate the deployment of resources (e.g., people, infrastructure, financial, informational) from Coca-Cola (e.g., client, internal service providers) and third parties in order to ensure successful project completion.
Create a communications plan (e.g., memos, letters, plan review meetings, status lists) to ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and to solidify commitment to the project plan.
Lead resolution and re-planning activities with stakeholders to realign strategies and close identified gaps.
