This mission is not for the faint of heart; control freaks, beware! Your challenge will be to design and manage AT&T Retail projects or programs to be simple enough to be installed and maintained by an uncontrolled 3rd party. This means they may be executed by sales representatives untrained in visual merchandising and lacking a thorough understanding of the underlying strategies that drive retail initiatives.



**The successful candidate will:**



+ Conduct end to end project management of multiple large projects and may also manage sub-components of a large program.

+ Lead cross functional teams to complete projects or program deliverables within allotted timeline; and manage the budget

+ Define project/program scope and objectives, guides activities of a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables

+ Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization

+ Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports

+ Conducts project/program meetings and is responsible for project/program tracking

+ Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables

+ Provides technical and insightful guidance to project team

+ May present to client, vendors and leadership



**A successful background includes:**



+ 5+ years’ related marketing, project/program management or merchandising experience
