The Solution Architect will lead the definition, design, and build of applications end-to-end beginning with proposing the fit for purpose architecture, modeling, the acquisition of data, and the reporting layer for the BI CoE.  The architect will day to day work with the development and support teams ensuring that all solutions are implemented and enhanced according to the agreed design and enterprise standards. The Solution Architect is responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The Solution Architect works as a team member along with the Project/ Engagement Manager, Business Analysts, and vendor's technical & development teams to deliver the complete solution for the end users. The Solution Architect becomes involved in a project at the time of its inception and remains involved throughout its lifecycle (analysis, design, implementation, change management).
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Leading architecture and design competency for the BI CoE across the technology stack maximizing simplification and re-use and lowering overall TCO.
Translating business needs into a conceptual, logical and physical architecture design of the solution, this responsibility includes coordinating the technical teams needed to deliver the design, including information security.
Working closely with developers and engineering teams to approve their work and ensure the proper implementation.
Ensuring the architecture design is aligned to the Enterprise Architecture standards.
Proactively identify and address technical strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats across the application landscape.
Build a shared understanding of the solution with the capacity for communicating that vision though technical materials, verbal presentations, and facilitating inter-team discussion.
Managing the changes to the architecture (new business needs, technology changes, etc.) proven track record at managing multiple projects in fast paced cross-functional team environment.
Education Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
Related Work Experience:  10-15 years of experience
Minimum 8 years’ experience as a solution architect, providing technicalleadership/guidance/mentorship
Extensive, real-world experience designing enterprise software and defining solution architectures and technology
5+ years experience in design and implementation of big data systems involving large data volumes
Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying Big Data architectures withinorganizations (e.g. patterns, anti-patterns, approaches, best practices, etc.)
Excellent understanding of data platforms in the context of Big Data (e.g. Google BigQuery, Data Flow, TALEND Cloudera,HortonWorks, NoSQL DB’s etc.)
5+ years of hands-on experience with the overall DevOps stack (JIRA, GitHUB, Docker, Kubernetes, Python,etc)
5+ years experience in advanced analytics and demonstrated skills in visualization tools such as(Tableau, MicroStrategy, R, MatLab, Tensor Flow, etc.)
Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and standards
Experience with working in an Agile \ DevOps development methodology.
Able to work with global team and offshore resources in developing countries.
Excellent communication skills – adept at communicating with business and technical stakeholders

Functional Skills: 
Define and maintain data or information standards by researching and analyzing business requirements with stakeholders in order to achieve consistent information for decision-making across the Coca-Cola business system.
Assist or participate in the correction of non-compliant data or infrastructure/development standards (this may include mass maintenance tools or other processes) in order to achieve high-quality data integrity and standards compliance.
Evolve, plan or execute the strategy for data standards that support TCCC information strategies and Corporate reporting requirements in order to maximize information as an asset for strategic decision making, meeting regulatory requirements and meeting legal considerations.
Maintain data in business applications including execution of data loads from third parties and other business applications in order to provide complete information to business application users.
Provide data standard expertise (i.e., application of business knowledge and understanding of the impact of data-standardization) in order to provide practical and timely approach for ongoing implementation of standards in business initiatives and strategic systems.
