Description:

The CoE Sr. Manager Procurement – Indirect Analytics manages the Procurement Analysts and Senior Procurement Analysts group to support Global Sustainable Procurement’s Indirect Category leaders.  This position provides thought leadership for the Company’s analytical tools and processes for Indirect Procurement activities.  The position will manage a global staff.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
• Make customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer
• Develop and implement decisions and support tools in order to effectively manage procurement negotiations
• Create the conceptual design, communication and implementation of system enhancements, report requests and business information modelling in order to ensure output optimization
• Develop methodologies, models and frameworks that support the business and competitive intelligence objectives and capability building
• Develop, maintain, and use financial models, templates, strategic and operational measures and software programs/systems in order to perform financial analysis
• Manage multiple projects for various internal clients, conduct scenario analysis and develop models to support strategic decision making
• Perform analysis that requires application of financial concepts and/or tools (e.g., NPV, IRR, Discounted Cash Flow, statistical analyses, economic analyses, cost building blocks)
• Manage the day-to-day workloads of a global team of analyst and Sr. analyst as they support the Indirect spend categories of the Global Sustainable Procurement area.
• Develop talent and staff as they become the future bench of the GSP area.
• Be ultimately responsible for Metrics and Reporting for Indirect spend areas of GSP (Supplier Diversity, IT, Marketing and P2P Analytics)
• Be responsible for creating reporting of the GSP Global Dashboard and coordinating with others to produce the Dashboard. 
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 
Related Experience/Qualifications Requirements
7+ years of data analytics, data management and/or financial analysis, procurement, supply chain, logistics or operational experience
SAP / MS Office Suite and SQL proficiencies
People Management
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a relevant program with a Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, finance, economics, logistics, or mathematics)
Procurement experience
Experience working with a Global clientele

Process Management:  Knowledge of process definitions, flow-charting and process management techniques
Product/Industry Knowledge:  Knowledge of products, commodities or services (e.g., ingredients, packaging, logistics services, KO products and services) and their related industries;  Knowledge of all primary and supporting industries that impact the supply chain; Ability to research markets and synthesize findings for application in decision-making process and analytical work
Supply Chain:  Knowledge of elements that make up the supply chain and the interrelationship between these elements; Ability to manage and execute strategies across the supply chain to reduce costs and gain efficiencies in the completion of a quality finished good; Ability to analyze, balance, synchronize and synergize all internal and external resources and assets to ensure the progress and ultimate completion of a finished good
Training Development:  Ability to develop instructional content and curriculum using knowledge of instructional design principles and training needs assessment procedures
Solid understanding of SAP as used in TCCC environment.  Above average understanding of using SQL for database management and data control.  Ability to use and leverage Tableau in a reporting environment.
