This role will be responsible for Flavor Sparkling:  Fanta and Schweppes Brands across all key channels (GT, H/S, CVS, E&D, Emerging Channels), developing the operational / channel brand plans (in-store BTL) for all  Fanta and Schweppes Brands National programs, with an 80% readiness to be implemented by bottlers, including Shopper in-Store experience (IMC finalization , connection plans, in-store communication / activation, merchandising tools, etc), Implementation toolkits and selling stories. 

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
Develop the operational / channel brand plans (in-store BTL) for all  Sprite, Fanta and Schweppes Brands National programs closely working with Division Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Franchise and bottler HQ teams. 
Align and prioritize with Brand team the  Sprite, Fanta and Schweppes Brands annual execution plan by channel
Define, align, track and review key KPIs for each National channel campaign jointly with Shopper Marketing, Brand and franchise teams
Capture and share learnings for each National program implemented 
Communication Complexities:
Internal: Division Marketing Brand Team, Shopper Marketing team, Franchise Leadership, Key Account Organization, K&I, SBP team and Division Marketing, and best in class Trade Marketing markets
External: Bottling Group Head Office Commercial / Trade Marketing team, Bottlers Plant GMs – SMDs (in key plants), Marketing Agencies, and suppliers.


The role is required to solve complex business issues which involve multi geographies, multi bottlers and multiple ways of bringing execution to life, and securing that all of them can convey into 1 plan by channel with 80% of the contents being fixed and only a maximum of 20% adaptable at local level.
The candidate will need to deeply understand our brands, channels and shoppers in order to be able to balance the brand needs, portfolio approach and channel / execution realities to provide an optimal / differentiated execution plan that motivates and excites the system and allows the KO system to win at the point of sales in terms of growth in volume, profit and share.
Judgment and Decision:
Personal responsibility/accountability for decision making. Evaluate alternatives, identify approaches and implement recommended changes considering the impact on business results.
Fully involved and accountable for the development and implementation of the  Sprite, Fanta and Schweppes Brands National plans, being fully involved in SBP / EBP (not a decision maker) for the area of responsibility. 
Will recommend in overall trade marketing strategy for brand Sprite, Fanta and Schweppes Brands and will be responsible of implementing it.

This role will be responsible to constantly innovate in our way to activate the market, communicate with shoppers / customers and sales people in order to make our integrated plans a clear competitive advantage in the market place.
This role will need to constantly innovate, it must be strategic, insightful, analytical, and create a way of working that imagines and implement unique, breakthrough solutions while keeping execution simple and within the constraints of CAPEX and operational reality of China .
Must actively search outside China, the KO system and the industry to gain insights and anticipate trends.
This role will be responsible to build a world class channel plan for Sprite, Fanta and Schweppes Brands Brand leveraging global best practices and local market knowledge.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Full time, currently with no direct report. Need to supervise third party agency people and summer interns.

Related Experience Requirements:
8+ years business/management experience.  Significant cross functional experience, including marketing, commercial, franchise, bottling operations, and business development. It is very important that the incumbent must have deep understanding of KO system.  Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and cultures.  Proven Strong team leadership skills. Leadership within a framework of a global organization. Experience in facilitation of multi-disciplinary teams. 
Educational Requirements:
University/Bachelors degree

The role requires high level of cultural intelligence.  The role is required to perform in a diverse ethnic and cultural environment, building strategic partnership with senior stakeholders across the Company, bottlers, global and local customers.   A keen understanding of the local consumer, shopper and customers behaviours is crucial to being successful in this role.
Travel Requirements
20% travel within China BU.
